PRICES.

* Each CD costs 10 American dollars and holds max 700 megabytes. Some comes in sets, usually complete episodes. Sets costs less, but must be bought as a package deal and in that exact state (no alteration of the file contains).

* Custom CD's will be filled after your demands, but files will not be compressed, split or altered to suit the remaining space on a CD.

* Unless you have status as elite purchases, I will always demand that i receive the money before i send the CD's.

FORMATS.

* If I have a files in multiple formats, Real Players format will be considered as standard and that version will be added unless the buyer requests another format.

* I am not responsible for the quality of the anime, some are not recorded very well and I have listed the average size for normal quality viewing and 20-25 minutes of playing time.

RM --- 45-55 megs average

VIV --- 20-35 megs average

ASF --- 80-110 megs average

MPEG --- 250-300 megs average.

PAYMENT.

* Unless you have an account, payment will always have to arrive before any CD's are burned. I will not burn in advance, nor ship the CD's on a promise that the money is on the way.

* I prefer straight cash, in American dollars or Danish kroner. If you wish to send any other currency, you will usually be charged additional 5 dollars in exchange fee.

* Alternate payments may be used if arranged, but some will add a fee and others will take time to clear, as much as 1 week.

* The shipping costs depends on where in the world the CD's needs to be send and how many. This is calculated when I see you order.

* The free bonus CD is only added if 10 or more CD's are bought, not including the weeks special.

SHIPPING.

* I do not refund any CD's damaged by the transport. They are shipped in a way that should resist the common mailing damage rate, but still, it can happen.

* All CD's are tested to see if they can be accessed, so I do not refund or resend CD's that fails to be read from. On the other hand, individual episodes may have been corrupted while being burned. If this happens, I will include the episodes in a possible next shipment. If the damaged CD is returned to me I will re-burn it and pay the shipment back to you.

If you computer fails the requirements to display the episodes I will always advise you on how to solve the problem or how to upgrade, but I will not refund the CD's.

* If a shipment do not arrive to you, there is usually not much to do about it. I do not resend CD's lost in the mail. This might be seen as a way for me to cheat a costumer, but such behavior is not good for long term business and I do like to have a good reputation.
